RECIPE AND INGREDIENTS:
1 cauliflower.
Olive oil.
Butter 15g / 0.52oz.
Salt. Black pepper.
Fry on both sides until golden brown.
Salt. Black pepper.
Mushrooms 500g / 17.63oz.
Butter 15g / 0.52oz.
Fry over medium heat.
1 onion.
Salt. Black pepper.
Fry until done.
Mozzarella Cheese 200g / 7.05oz.
Greek yogurt/sour cream 100g/3.52oz.
Mix well and fry for a couple more minutes.
Mozzarella cheese.
Cook in the oven for 15 minutes at 180°C (350°F).
