2 lbs baby back ribs, pork ribs (cross cut)
A little bit of salt and pepper
4 cloves garlic, chopped
1 thumb sized ginger, sliced
4 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp calamansi extract or lemon juice
1 & 1/2 cups Coca-Cola
3/4 cup hot water (add more if needed)
1 stalk green onion
2 star anise
1 tbsp brown sugar
Thai chili (adjust to taste)
A pinch of chicken powder or magic sarap
Green onion and sesame seeds (optional)

INGREDIENTS FOR RECIPE No. 2 (Chicken gizzards with pineapple)
1 kilo chicken gizzards
1 thumb sized ginger, sliced
3 cloves garlic, chopped
1 small onion, chopped
Thai chili pepper (siling labuyo)
1/2 tsp black pepper
3 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tsp browning sauce (you can use dark soy sauce)
1 can pineapple chunks 227g
1/2 cup water
Pinch of chicken powder or magic sarap (optional)
