
In this video we will be demonstrating the features of the ProQ Elite Smokers.
Straight out of the box you simply need to screw the 3 legs on to the base of the unit with nuts, bolts and washers provided. Once the legs are attached, flip it over to start stacking.
The charcoal basket allows for excellent heat ventilation and place the grill on top of the basket for compact use as a griller. Keep the smoke and heat in by placing the lid on top and locking down with the latches provided.
Use in it’s smallest form for grilling steaks, sausages and hamburgers for a small crowd.
Increase your cooking space with the additional, porcelain coated stackers.
Use the water pan to stabilise temperature to make it almost impossible to burn your food or even use it as a makeshift wok.
Cook on multiple levels at any time with the easy to place, easy to clean, stainless steel grills.
The beauty of these smokers is the ability to put the lid on at any level.
And now for the final stacker and grill. Don’t forget that lid!
It comes with a temperature gauge to monitor the heat in the unit and a vent to control your smoke and heat. There are also 3 adjustable vents on the base of the unit.
The silicon probe eyelets allow you to use remote probe thermometers to check the internal temperature of your meat.
The doors on the stackers allow you to add water to the waterpan or wood chips and chunks to continue smoking, without the need to remove the lid or stackers.
The heat-proof rubber handles make moving your ProQ easy.
