Chinese style steamed π₯ Recipe-ish:
β Use 2:1 warm water to egg volume
β Add chicken bouillon powder and salt
β Mix hella hard
β Strain into a wide flat bowl
β Remove bubbles from surface with a spoon
β Cover w heat safe cling film, poke holes
β Steam on medium-low for ~14 min for 3 eggs (thatβs what I did)
β Top with soy sauce, sesame oil, green onion
