Ingredients
– 2 – 1/4 lbs – 80/20 Ground Chuck Roast
– 2 slices – American Cheese
– 1 ea – Yellow Onion, sliced as thin as possible
– 2 ea – Brioche Hamburger Buns

Directions
1 – Separate the ground beef into two 1/4 lb hamburger patties.
2 – Roll and knead the hamburger into balls and press flat and uniform.
3 – Season only one side of the hamburger patties with Elite BBQ Smokers – SPG seasoning and place seasoned side down.
4 – Slice the yellow onion into thin slices and separate.
5 – Place the onion slices onto the hamburger patties.
6 – Preheat the Recteq Smoke Stone Griddle to 425°.
7 – Place the hamburger patties on the griddle with the seasoned side down.
8 – Season the onion side of the hamburger patty.
