2 lbs short pork ribs (pork ribs)
4 cloves garlic, chopped
6 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp calamansi extract or lemon juice
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
1 medium onion, chopped
2 tbsp oyster sauce
1 and 1/2 tbsp brown sugar
3 tbsp tomato paste
2 star anise
Thai chili pepper (siling labuyo)
2 cups hot water

INGREDIENTS FOR No.3 (PORK RIBS WITH SPRITE RECIPE)
2.3 lbs. pork ribs
500ml Sprite
1 can pineapple chunks 227g
4 cloves garlic, chopped
1 medium onion, chopped
1/2 tsp black pepper
7 tbsp soy sauce
1 & 1/2 cups water (add more if needed)
1 tbsp browning & seasoning sauce (any brand) you can buy this sauce in local grocery or online
Salt and pepper to taste

INGREDIENTS FOR No.4 (STICKY PORK RIBS WITH COCA-COLA RECIPE)
1.8 lbs short pork ribs
4 cloves garlic, chopped
1 medium onion, chopped
1/2 tsp black pepper
2 tbsp soy sauce
3 tbsp oyster sauce
1/2 cup banana ketchup (or tomato ketchup)
1 and 1/2 cups Coca-Cola
