Fried Salmon w/ Lemony, spicy sauce is prepared with searing till lightly golden browned.
Ingredients: Salmon fillets, butter, garlic, chili flakes, chopped fresh dill, chopped fresh parsley, smoked paprika, 1/2 white wine.

Season salmon fillets first with fresh ground black pepper, garlic salt and smoked paprika. The rest of the ingredients is for sauce.
I paired this recipe with buttered herb potato and carrots.
