Super Yummy Garlic Cheese Sticks

How to make Garlic Cheese Sticks.

Here’s what you’ll need:
1/2 cup room temp water (120ml)
2 tbsps oil (30ml)
1 tsp sugar (5g)
1/2 tsp instant yeast (2g)
1/2 tsp salt (3g)
1 and 1/2 cup all purpose flour (190g)

TOPPINGS:
Garlic Butter Sauce:
3 tbsps melted butter (salted or unsalted)
1 tbsp minced garlic
1 and ½ cup mozzarella cheese

Note:
-If you find the dough dry, just add 1 tablespoon of water. If it’s wet, add a tablespoon of flour.
