FOOD Network star Paula Deen has appeared unrecognizable while sharing a summer recipe in her latest video upload.

Paula, 77, had her own Paula’s Home Cooking show on the network and rose to fame in the early 2000s as a chef, cookbook author, and restaurant owner.

The Georgia native was fired from Food Network in 2013 after being sued for racial discrimination.

Now, Paula has shifted her focus to social media and continues to share her favorite recipes and kitchen hacks with followers.

Her most recent upload to her Love & Best Dishes cooking segment on YouTube showed Paula sharing the recipe for her Aunt Peggy’s cucumber, onion, and tomato salad.

The Southern cook was seen behind her kitchen island while wearing a gray, denim button-up with rolled sleeves.

She wore thick, black-framed glasses that covered most of her face, and her signature silver hair was pulled back into a loose updo.

Paula looked completely different than fans remember from her cooking show years ago, where she appeared to have a fuller face and often wore her hair styled down in voluminous loose waves.

The chef currently has over 500K subscribers on her YouTube channel and nearly the same number of followers on Instagram.

PAULA’S FIRING

Paula’s resurgence on social media comes after the star was let go from Food Network over a decade ago.

At the time, she was hosting multiple shows and running a few restaurants.

In June 2013, Paula was sued by Lisa Jackson, the former general manager of Deen’s restaurant Uncle Bubba’s Seafood and Oyster House.

During the deposition, the celebrity chef admitted to using the n-word in the past.

When asked by Delish if she ever said the word, Paula responded, “Yes, of course.”

“That’s just not a word that we use as time has gone on. Things have changed since the ’60s in the south,” she added.
