Birria Tacos (My little sister cooks for me everyday)

Hey Guys! Hope you guys are doing well! Candice made Birria tacos and they were delicious! We know it’s not the traditional Mexican way, its more of her touch with it as well! Ingredients:

Garlic Bulb
Chuck Roast
6 bouillon cubes
8 cups of water
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon oregano
Chili Powder
Mozzarella
Monterey Jack
6 bay leaves
8 Guajillo Chile
Carrot
Onion
Corn Tortilla
