The Lost Episode.

In 2007 four Great Depression Cooking episodes were filmed.

Tapes from the fourth episode, “Pasta Aglio e Olio (Garlic Pasta),” went missing and the episode never aired.

In 2009, with the help of Clara and her granddaughter Abby, we attempted to recreate the missing footage.
Now that episode will finally appear on YouTube for you to enjoy.
